In order to launch the new offroad model from VW, we've created two animations based on two of the most popular characters in Brazilian folklore.

One of these animations is "The Legend of the Headless Mule". It tells the story about the ghost of a woman who was condemned to turn into a fire-spewing headless mule, galloping through the countryside from Thursday's sundown to Friday's sunrise.

For the animation, we've created a soundtrack based on traditional folkloric Brazilian music and spicing it up with rock'n'roll. The adventure is narrated by the punk rocker legend João Gordo, lead singer from the most influential band within the Brazilian punk scene.

This was the perfect message and tone for an offroad car that is hungry for adventure, whose tagline is "Any adventure you imagine will fit".
